Trainer - Healthcare / Nursing background - Tonbridge - up to £30,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join this successful and passionate team in delivering quality training and support.
Your role will be covering the following responsibilities:
- Delivery of structured courses both face to face and virtually supporting and monitoring Carers.
- Completion of Carer training performance records and reviewing and updating training courses regularly in line with national occupational standards and sector guidelines.
- Supporting new and updating carers through the current online/virtual/practical induction and update courses.
- Communicating and liaising with all departments, including attending scheduled departmental meetings and reporting any concerns to Departmental Managers.
- Providing practical advice and pastoral support to Carers on the phone or in person and signposting Carers to appropriate persons/facilities.
- Continuing professional development by attending mandatory training in line with regulatory requirements, other relevant training courses and seminars.
- Maintaining current and relevant CPD record.
About you:
- It is essential that you have a nursing or caring background. Training experience is also desirable, however not required.
- Current knowledge of moving and positioning preferred but not essential
- Level 2 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care
- Professional and approachable manner
- Team player
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet Explorer and Word.
- Assessor qualification/experience preferred but not essential
