Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing organisation based in Chipping Norton to recruit a Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will receive a salary between £35,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience) along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working and private medical!

Primary responsibilities;
- Production of detailed company monthly management accounts in UK GAAP format within the group's reporting timetable.
- Where required, travel and or work from sites.
- Strong multi-bank account and cash management skills.
- Liaise with satellite staff who are responsible for sales invoices and jointly manage the AP/AR controller at head office.
- Analyse operational performance data on current and past trends to include revenue streams, cost of sales & production costs.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causal variances.
- Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, using planning and modelling tools in conjunction with senior management.
- Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis.
- Quarterly and monthly financial reports.
- Liaise with and support business units to drive operational/production efficiencies
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Key experience and attributes;
- Part or Fully Qualified Accountant
- Strong Management Accounts experience
- Proactive individual
- Experience in a multi revenue stream business.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to operate within a small finance function
