About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in East Grinstead. In this full-time role, you will support students' academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Support students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help prepare learning materials and resources
- Monitor and report on student progress
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
