Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and removing old paint, rust, and dirt
Set up and operate powder coating equipment to apply the coating evenly and efficiently
Monitor and adjust heat, airflow, and coating thickness to ensure high-quality results
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Powder Coater in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in coating application
Knowledge of different coating materials and their properties
Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
