Financial Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller or an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate. This contractor role involves working with a blue-chip global real estate investment client, focusing on reviewing data and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Reviewing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and reporting financial numbers to the client.
- Ensuring accurate consolidation of financial data.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and service providers.
- Communicating effectively with both service providers and the client's reporting team.
- Working remotely with the need to align with Luxembourg working hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA).
- Real estate industry experience.
- Proven experience in reviewing SPVs and reporting to clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in financial consolidations.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and service providers.
Nice to have:
- Yardi software experience.
- Experience in Luxembourg financial reporting.
