A friendly and well-established independent central and east London estate agency is looking for negotiators to work in its Shoreditch office.
We are recruiting for two roles: a residential sales negotiator and a residential letting negotiator.
Whilst some previous experience in an estate agency is desirable, this is not essential. You must, however, have a keen interest in property and good communication and sales skills, both on the phone and in email correspondence.
You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work in an organised manner, both independently and as part of a small team.
The role offers good earnings potential, with a basic salary plus a commission structure.
About the Role
Day-to-day tasks include handling phone and email enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings, and agreeing on sales or lets. You will also carry out all related admin, including progression.
You will be given plenty of scope to help develop the business, which operates primarily in Hackney, Shoreditch, and Bloomsbury. You will also be involved in marketing activities.
