Talent Manager - Early Careers - London / Hybrid Working (2 days a week in the office) - up to £90k

We are working with a global Japanese bank in seeking an experienced Talent Manager for their Early Careers programme. This senior role will lead and enhance their apprenticeships, industrial placements, and graduate programs. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and will report into the Head of Talent EMEA to support her with some other ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and redesign the graduate program after two years of operation.
  • Manage apprenticeships and industrial placement programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and vertical heads (CEO minus 1 level).
  • Work with third-party vendors and external partners to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and advocate for the talent program within the business.
  • Stay well-connected within the talent community, sharing challenges and solutions.
  • Balance a mix of strategy and delivery, including social value creation.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in shaping and delivering successful talent programs.
  • Strong implementation skills and experience working with third-party vendors.
  • Broad experience in talent management, not limited to emerging talent.
  • Well-networked within the talent community.
  • Ability to handle bureaucratic environments and drive change.
