Communication Support Worker
Annual Salary: £25-33 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Communication Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of BSL Level 3 and be passionate about facilitating effective communication for all individuals.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide communication support to individuals using British Sign Language (BSL).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote an inclusive environment.
- Adapt communication methods to suit the needs of different individuals.
- Assist in the development of communication strategies within the organisation.
- Support the delivery of training and awareness sessions related to BSL and communication support.
- Maintain professional knowledge and skills in BSL and communication support techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BSL Level 3 qualification as a minimum.
- Experience in a communication support role is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional development in the field of communication support.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service users.
