A fantastic new position has arisen within a long established Specialist lending operation.
The Role
- Managing CEO's diary and making sure he is briefed prior to all meetings.
- Provide crucial support to CEO, handling paperwork and managing important documents.
- Schedule and organize meetings and visits.
- Manage administrative tasks, including sending Terms and Conditions and other important documents.
- Meeting secretariat duties ( Board packs and agendas)
- Bring fresh operational ideas to the table, contributing to the business's continuous development.
The Executive Assistant
- 3+ years of PA or EA experience, ideally with a Financial Services/Lending/Banking background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- A professional, empathetic, and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas and a confident, professional manner.
