Executive Assistant -CEO

A fantastic new position has arisen within a long established Specialist lending operation.

The Role

  • Managing CEO's diary and making sure he is briefed prior to all meetings.
  • Provide crucial support to CEO, handling paperwork and managing important documents.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and visits.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including sending Terms and Conditions and other important documents.
  • Meeting secretariat duties ( Board packs and agendas)
  • Bring fresh operational ideas to the table, contributing to the business's continuous development.

The Executive Assistant

  • 3+ years of PA or EA experience, ideally with a Financial Services/Lending/Banking background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • A professional, empathetic, and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas and a confident, professional manner.
