About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient School Administrator to join our team starting in September. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our school's administrative functions. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of SIMS and will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of our school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school's SIMS database, ensuring all student and staff information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist with student admissions, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to the school's leadership team and teaching staff.
  • Prepare and distribute school communications, including newsletters and reports.
  • Maintain confidential files and records in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events.
  • Support the smooth running of the school office and ensure a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a school administrator.
