We are actively seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for a highly reputable company in Middlewich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- Assisting with management accounts
- Bringing reporting to a Trial Balance stage at the end of each month ready, for review by the Financial Controller
- Journal processing and reconciliation of key nominal accounts on a monthly basis.
- Maintaining and updating the fixed asset register.
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Purchase ledger postings for invoices & reconciling the ledger at month end
- Generation of payment proposals
- Manual sales invoicing as required.
- Help and support during company audits and year ends reporting.
Our client is looking for a candidate who:
- Has experience of assisting with management accounts
- Is currently studying CIMA or ACCA
- Has Good Excel skills
- Has experience of working in a fast paced environment
