We have an exciting opportunity for an External Communications Manager to join our team within Vistry Services, based out of our Devonshire Square offices in London. As our External Communications Manager you will plan, edit and write content for a variety of external communications channels and promote Vistry Group's corporate narrative externally, ensuring consistency of message.

  • Support the successful delivery of the yearly communications plan for Vistry Group and support the Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs, and Senior Manager, External Communications, and the communications leadership team.
  • Deputise for, and work closely with, the Senior Manager – External Communications, and Senior Manager – Corporate Communications & Public Affairs
  • Review and sign off B2C press releases, working with the regional teams/ communications champions and agencies, plus liaison with the Senior Manager - External Comms to ensure brand reputation and strategy is correct
  • Support on Financial Communications
  • Maintain a log of press releases issued
  • Update policy tracker, logging engagement, letters sent and received, events attended
  • Support day to day management of the public affairs function
  • Maintain a log of incoming queries and responsible for ensuring they are acted upon quickly and effectively
  • Support day to day management of the press office function, ensuring all enquiries are managed and responded to as required and in a timely manner
  • Creation of social media strategy that aligns with corporate narrative and is targeted at key corporate audiences, particularly partners, colleagues and future talent
  • Following the creation of the corporate narratative the External Comumunications Manager will Support the Head of Corporate Communications and Brand to create of a suite of marketing material to promote the business, this will include video, literature, external presentations and promotional banners.
