This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently working in a Team Leader/Office Manager position within a Law Firm or Professional Services. This role requires regular travel between their two offices.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and leading the team, including managing workload and delegating
- Being the main point of contact for clients, via telephone or email
- Organising team diaries, arranging meetings and travel arrangements
- Supporting the financial processes of the team
- Offering a professional service to their clients through exceptional and proactive administration and assistance.
Required Experience/Skills
- Experience of Supervising/Team Leader/Managing a team
- Customer Services Oriented
- Confident Communicator
- Competent Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel
