Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of engaging and visually compelling user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and marketers, to create seamless user experiences.
- Take ownership of end-to-end design processes: from ideation and wireframing to prototyping, user testing and final delivery.
- Ensure consistency in design and branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and drive the adoption of new techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to design systems and guidelines to streamline processes and ensure scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
- Advocate for the user, providing insight and data-driven recommendations to optimize the user journey and overall experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work (including web and mobile applications).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and conducting user testing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development practices (ideally, but not essential).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- A solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
