PA / Office Manager

Are you an experienced PA and Office Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a dynamic organisation based in Northwich, is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to provide valuable administrative support to the Chief Executive and members of the Executive team. If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Organise and maintain diaries, arrange meetings, and provide meeting support when required,
Arrange accommodation, meeting rooms, and refreshments for both internal and external meetings,
Coordinate requirements for Board meetings as appropriate,
Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation for Directors and others within the organisation as required,
Collate expenses for the Chief Executive and Senior Team,
Produce documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required,
Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them with professionalism and efficiency,
Audit the office environment, ensuring any necessary follow-up actions are taken,
Manage office costs in compliance with the budget,
Process central orders and invoices,
Maintain office supplies such as stationery, water, and services,
Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and couriers,
Update weekly movement sheets and company car mileage records,
Assist as the Fire Officer, ensuring compliance with fire safety procedures,

Qualifications:

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages,
Previous experience providing administrative support to Senior Managers,
Excellent numeracy and communication skills,
Ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach,
Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively,
Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines,
Team-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities,
Adaptable and flexible.
