Manufacturing Software Analyst
Location - Huddersfield
Salary - Up to £26.40 per hour DOE
Full Time - 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (with some flexibility)
Contract - 12 Month contract
Our client is a global leader in the design, manufacture, distribution of power technology solutions. They are looking for an IT Technical Analyst you will work predominantly on the shoo floor working closely with the manufacturing engineering team, supporting different manufacturing IT Software projects.
You will work closely with the developer of a new software for their assembly lines, you will help map out challenges and work on resolutions. You will also work on the technical documentation such as technical requirements and functional analysis.
Responsibilities for the role of Manufacturing Software Analyst
- You will work in tandem with the software developer team
- You will map out challenges and work towards solutions as part of a team
- You will work on technical documentation, such as technical requirements etc
- The carrying out of functional testing will be a big part of your daily process for quality assurance
- Proactively work towards next step planning for future pathways in software requirements
Qualifications for the role of Manufacturing Software Analyst
- You will need to be a good communicator
- Good working knowledge of ORACLE
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years' worth of experience in a similar role
- Posses a good knowledge of MS Office and its daily use
- Ideally, you will have had experience as a developer previously
