Tech Lead

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Software Development Managers to prioritize, define, and guide the delivery of product features within the dynamic realm of Future State Architecture.
- Work closely within our development team to enhance scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usability.
- Offer support, guidance, and mentorship to fellow team members.
- Engage in all phases of feature development, from conception to deployment, contributing to ongoing updates and enhancements.
- Address diverse challenges across the product and codebase landscape.
Essential skills:
- Proficiency in React Native
- Experience with Azure.
- Demonstrated leadership in leading a team of developers.
- Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders in UX, Product, DevOps, and Architecture.
- Strong capability to translate business requirements into software designs.
