Role: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £24,000+ DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of sales ledgers including posting payments, raising miscellaneous invoices, opening new accounts & dealing with sales ledger credit limit requests
- Close attention to monitoring the mailbox used by customers and actioning emails where needed
- Handling the credit control function in conjunction with other departments for the preparation of daily and weekly debtor reports
- Processing banking/bank payments, credit card refunds
Experience:
- Prior experience in a transactional environment
- Proactive approach with a high level of attention to detail
- Experienced with accounting software and MS packages
- A strong confident communicator
