Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office and for client meetings
My client is looking for a talented WordPress developer to join their strong, expanding team and take ownership of the technical development of our projects and the ongoing maintenance of the sites.
The purpose of the role - You will be an instrumental part of the in-house technical team and work closely with the UX and designs teams to focus on the performance of the sites that are developed.
You will have a good grasp of security, accessibility and responsive frontend behaviour and be good at developing lightweight, fast loading websites.

- Ability to think about and plan your work before starting to code.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are carried out thoroughly and with accuracy
- Be analytical, show initiative, and be practical in your approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- An open mind towards different web technologies
Skills Required:
- At least 1 years experience with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL
- Have some impressive WordPress projects that you can show off.
- Frontend HTML5, CSS (SASS) and JavaScript. Experience in using responsive frameworks (mainly Foundation) and jQuery
- Managing source code using GIT workflow
- DevOps - you have a good understanding of web hosting on Linux
- Familiar with MacOS.
Advantageous Skills:
- Knowledge of working with Shopify.
- Understanding of NodeJs, Angular, and React.
- Ability to document technical solutions.
