Job Title: Digital Transformation Analyst Location: Milton Keynes, UK Company: Scania Great Britain
Position Overview:
As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company through the digital age. Your expertise in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and a data-first approach will drive efficiency and innovation across our commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing processes and engage business functions to understand problems and challenges that can be addressed by digitalisation.
- Evaluate, scope and propose digital solutions that enhance our commercial operations processes and customer experiences.
- Lead projects focused on intelligent automation to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies that support operational excellence: sales, services and supporting functions.
- Champion a data-first culture, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and data utilisation in decision-making processes.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and propose strategic initiatives for digital advancement.
- Measure and report on the impact of digital transformation efforts, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years proven experience in digital transformation, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of intelligent automation, AI, and data analytics tools and methodologies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
