Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

You will be also corresponding with customers over webchat and email and other platforms when required,

The role will be extremely fast paced and will be making sure each query is resolved as soon as possible for the customer.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

A confident telephone manner

Exceptional customer service skills

Able to work in a busy environment

A good team player
