Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our clients team on a temporary basis. This position is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and serving as the primary point of contact for all OEM inbound inquiries via our online platform.
- Timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Provide OEM customer quotes when required and progress these through to orders.
- Create and manage price files for the OEM team to ensure pricing is accurate and data is up-to-date, and distribute this information to relevant departments and customers.
- Manage OEM inbound calls and handle inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Review and process all sales orders ensuring they meet agreed price, delivery, and commercial terms.
- Ensure accuracy of quotes and sales order entry.
- Coordinate with other departments such as the sales leadership team, warehouse, dispatch, sales teams, and accounts.
- Provide reports on sales order processing to the sales leadership team as requested.
- Follow the company's quality management and health & safety guidelines.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the senior management team.
**Requirements/Desirables:
- Previous office experience is a must. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online platforms. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
