Office Manager

Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their dynamic, fast paced and highly successful business. The role, which also involves Front of House and Receptionist responsibilities, would suit an extremely well organised, process driven individual with excellent communication skills and a fair degree of commercial acumen. You should have excellent office management, GDPR, IT Compliance and ISO experience.

You should be highly self-motivated, adept at multi-tasking and have strong social skills.

Key duties include, but are not limited to:-

Front of house - welcoming and looking after visitors, being 'the face' of the business, answering incoming phone calls.

Meeting room bookings - managing all bookings and ensuring they are set up correctly, depending on the nature of the meeting.

Legal & Contractual - ensuring all client contracts are uptodate.

Managing Quality system - ensuring all processes & procedures are compliant.

IT - managing the 3rd party IT providers including 365 licences

Asset Management - covering all company property, purchasing, maintaining & selling assets as required.

GDPR - ensuring compliance

Health & Safety - ensuring legal compliance, arranging training as required.

Induction of new staff - in conjunction with HR

To apply for this role, you should have a proven track record of managing a dynamic, fast paced commercial office, with strong IT skills including 365 and Cyber Essentials. Process driven with excellent project management skills, you should have a positive personal disposition and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have excellent MS Office skills including Outlook Word, Excel and Power Point.

On offer for this outstanding Office Manager role is a basic salary in the region of £30,000 basic salary plus annual basic salary, paid at Christmas, which typically pays out between 5-10% of the basic.

The role is office-based Monday to Thursday, and working from home on a Friday (unless required to attend for an important meeting).
