Hours: Full time (8.30-5.00 with a 2.30 finish on a Friday)

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator join the heart of a established customer care team for a market leading client in Bradford. This is a chance to join a small and welcoming team who genuinely pull together to deliver the best service possible.

The role involves:

  • Accurate and efficient Order Processing
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Managing email and phone based customer queries, resolving issues and building strong customer relationships
  • Processing any customer returns and credits
  • Processing invoices
  • Responsibility for the central inbox as well as other ad hoc admin duties

For candidates who enjoy learning new things, this role also offers the opportunity to support in organising annual business events. It offers the chance to become involved in project work and use your creative skills!
