We are currently working on behalf of a global manufacturer based in Bury St Edmunds looking for a professional Shipping Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- All aspects of Imports, dealing with Customs matters including Warehousing & IPR Suspension
- Arranging export shipments, covering all modes of transport
- The preparation of associated export documentation, including Health Certificates and Certificates of Origin and Export Licenses
- Supporting the effective flow of information between all relevant departments
- Providing support to other areas of Logistics as and when required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Demonstratable administration experience gained from a similar environment
- Previous experience within shipping, distribution or logistics would be highly advantageous, but candidates with transferable skills will also be considered
- 5 GCSE passes grades A-C (or the equivalent) or a vocational qualification or associate's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
- The ability to maintain strong business relationships with clients and employees
- A self-starter who possesses drive, energy, ambition and the ability to use own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
