I am currently recruiting for a Digital Data Analyst with one of our major retail clients. This role will be working within the highly established Digital Transformation Team.

Role Details:
- Establish, update, and optimize specific reporting solutions across various digital touchpoints, encompassing websites, apps, social platforms, CRM, and more, to generate an omnichannel perspective.
- Utilise reports and visualizations for effective communication of findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and relevant departments.
- Utilise a range of platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, SQL etc) to combine data in order to tell the story and generate actionable insight to business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategies for optimising digital channels.
- Infuse a customer-centric focus into reporting and analysis to enhance customer experience and foster a customer-first approach across all digital channels
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mobile app and digital analytics
Role Requirements
- Experience working as a Digital/ Web Analyst (ideally experience in Digital/ Web analytics or Customer reporting)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse complex data sets
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferably), GTM, Big Query, SQL, Microsoft Clarity/Hot Jar, and other similar tools
- Knowledge of digital analytics, AB testing, and industry trends.
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
