Our client, a highly successful multi-disciplined Health & Safety Consultancy, who specialise in the fields of Health and Safety, Asbestos and Water Hygiene compliance,, are on the look-out for an experienced and self-starting Lead Asbestos Surveyor to conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of commercial contracts located across the North London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas.
On offer is a very competitive salary of up to £37,000, along with a full benefits package which includes a company car/generous car allowance, fuel card, smart phone, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and fantastic career prospects!
The successful Lead Asbestos Surveyor will possess:
- BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified with a minimum of 4 years' experience in asbestos surveying
- Ability to undertake R&D asbestos surveys on large scale commercial premises
- Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and experienced in producing asbestos reports electronically
- Broad understanding of HSG: 264 and the asbestos legislation in relation to asbestos
