At Another we are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with an established business in North Yorkshire. This key role will support wider Senior HR Business Partners and HR Business Partnering teams in the delivery of the HR People Plan. You will be providing operational support whilst delivering on projects in line with people objectives within your own business area. The Role

  • Provide an excellent HR business partnering service and act as a trusted advisor whilst building credible stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting the managers and the senior business partners with the effective management of people related issues and employee relations cases
  • Supporting with Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Facilitating managers in personal development and performance reviews within your own business area.
  • Partnering with the wider HR centre of excellence teams to review and develop best practice and hr service offering and processors.
  • Supporting the development and embedding of new HR initiatives.
  • Coach and mentoring managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks ad employment legislation to ensure legal compliance, consistency, fairness and equality in the employment relationship/workplace.
  • Actively supporting the wider Senior HR Business Partnering teams and HR Business Partners on HR projects appropriately.

Skills required

  • MCIPD qualified or be able to demonstrate the equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience of working as a broad generalist HR Business Partner ideally gained within a large matrix business structure.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Experience in influencing and coaching leaders to drive employee engagement.
  • Experience in facilitating and supporting HR change projects, ideally including restructuring, redeployment and redundancy.
  • Experience of evaluating roles and responsibilities, benchmarking.
  • Driven to providing excellent customer service.
  • Versatile in your approach in being able to drive the core vision and values of the organisation across all functions.
