Swedish Speaking Customer Service Team Leader

We are looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Team Leader to join a multi-award winning company at their Head Office in Watford.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Customer Service experience or senior experience to move into a business that offers fantastic training and progression opportunities.

As a Senior Leader you will play an integral part within the team. Your position will include supporting the Customer Service team to achieve their KPIs, monitor call activity, assist with the training of new staff and resolve escalations.

Their modern, spacious offices are based near the Metropolitan line, and have free on-site parking, making it convenient for all commuters.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 07:00 - 15:00

Hybrid working (2 days in the Watford office and 3 days from home).

Please note, you must be fluent in Swedish to be considered for this role.

Main duties to include:

  • To motivate the team and be their first point of contact for any queries or escalations
  • Work with the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitor call time and quality
  • Supporting customers with technical queries
  • Managing a shared inbox
  • Daily reporting and analysis
  • Support with the onboarding of new staff

Candidate requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Full rights to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
  • Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to commute to Watford
