Receptionist

A Tier One Main Contractor is looking for a Receptionist to work for them on a 4 week contract!

Due to start 1st October and finish at the end of October.

Location: Central London, St Pauls.

Offering: £13.00 per hour.

5 days a week in the office.

Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30am - 17:30pm

Description:

The company is seeking a highly organized and professional receptionist to join our team in the construction industry. As the first point of contact for the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls. The ideal candidate should have an excellent personality, communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring a great first impression.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for management and project teams.
  • Maintaining and updating company records, including contact lists and visitor logs.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and human resources departments.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
