Our prestigious client is looking for a skilled Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of their busy, high-end business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless daily operations of a creative office, maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • IT and Systems Management: Oversee the cloud-based IT system, coordinating with IT support to handle any issues or upgrades.
  • Insurance and Compliance: Manage all business, vehicle, and sub-contractor insurance policies, including annual renewals.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle the importing and exporting of goods, manage deliveries, and assist with international shipments.
  • Vehicle and Travel Management: Organise staff vehicles and overseas travel arrangements for Directors and team members.
  • Office and Facility Management: Work closely with the landlord on building maintenance and lease renewals, ensuring a well-maintained office space.
  • Inter-Office Synergy: Foster a cohesive working relationship between the UK and overseas offices.
  • Software and Equipment Management: Ensure all software licenses are up-to-date and manage small item leases.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with diary management, set up Teams meetings, manage office supplies, and plan events including the Christmas party.
  • Client Hospitality: Greet clients and guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable.

  • Excellent Communicator: Professional in both written and verbal communication.
  • Experienced Professional: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end setting.
  • Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with keen attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT support.
  • Team Player: Flexible and adaptable, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable and Trustworthy: A self-starter who can manage their workload effectively.
