- Lead the finance team and bridge the gap between finance and non-finance colleagues.
- Implement effective financial controls and risk management strategies.
- Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reports.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an educational or public sector setting.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to explain complex financial issues to non-finance colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
