Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Support Assistant/PA to join their reputable property department in Liverpool. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team, providing comprehensive support to fee earners and assisting junior staff members.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Within this role you will manage client work in line with established procedures and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence via digital dictation, handling administrative property tasks, arranging appointments, and maintaining an up-to-date diary for the Property partner. You will also support other client support assistants and guide junior team members. Your professional and friendly communication will uphold the practice's high standards of client care.
Salary is in the region of 25,000 and includes a range of benefits designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in a similar support role within the property sector. Strong self-management and initiative are essential, along with excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in digital dictation and a professional approach to client communication are also required. Familiarity with compliance standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards are crucial.
