Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: End-to-end payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Compliance: Handle PAYE, NIC, and other HMRC-related compliance, including auto-enrolment and pension contributions.
- Client Communication: Act as the main contact for client payroll queries, offering high-quality service and guidance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing within an accountancy practice or bureau environment.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Sage Payroll, Xero) is highly desirable.
- Qualifications: CIPP certification is advantageous but not essential.
