Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows.
  • Manage inventory control, stock levels, and order fulfilment processes to meet customer demands.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and production to optimise supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage warehouse activities and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse to improve operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably within the fabrics or manufacturing industry.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
