HR Change and Transformation Consultant/Business Analyst

Venn Group are working with a firm seeking to drive forward its change and transformation through the implementation of new HR systems, as such we are partnering with a leading banking institution in London recruiting for a HR Change and Transformation Consultant/Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in shaping the current and future state of the HR Operations function.

This exciting role will see you at the forefront of our HR transformation efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and processes. Your ability to communicate effectively, both virtually and in person, will be key to ensuring our staff are fully equipped to embrace these changes. This is a hybrid role, requiring regular travel to our London-based office, where you will work alongside a team of professionals dedicated to excellence in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development: Lead the training of staff on new HR systems, ensuring they are confident and capable in utilizing the latest tools and technologies; evidence of HR-based systems, particularly within a financial services (banking) environment would also be advantageous.
  • Change Implementation: Enhance recruitment systems, policies, and procedures to embed change across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs, providing expert advice and support throughout the change process.
  • Virtual & In-Person Training: Deliver training sessions to large groups, both virtually and in person, adapting your approach to suit different learning styles.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all changes and new systems are compliant with the stringent regulations of the banking sector.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for further improvement in HR processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the business.

About You:

  • Banking Experience: You bring direct experience from the banking sector, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Training Expertise: You have a solid track record of delivering successful training programs, with the ability to engage and inspire large audiences.
  • Change Management: You are skilled in managing change within an organization, with a focus on HR systems and processes.
  • Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Hybrid Working Flexibility: You are comfortable with a hybrid working model, including weekly travel to our London-based office.
