The organisation is experiencing high growth, they have recently acquired smaller organisations and this exciting opportunity is due to their expansion. This is an exciting opportunity an immediate start (however they can accommodate a month's notice period) role. The interview process is a two-stage process, initially a Teams meeting followed by a face-to-face interview in the office.

Purpose of the Digital Marketing Manager:

The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Marketing, line manages one digital marketing executive and works with the wider marketing team to deliver an exceptional digital marketing experience.

The role encompasses all things digital including; HubSpot management, managing agency relationships, website optimisation, SEO, PPC and backlink building, other digital inbound channels (YouTube), social media, email, and CRM.

Core responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

Strategy - Create, plan, implement and report on the delivery of the digital marketing strategy.

Lead generation - drive demand generation by enhancing current strategies and identifying new opportunities to drive leads into and along the sales funnel, setting KPI's in the process.

Commercial - monitor spend and report on ROI monthly, ensuring the budget is well spent in line with objectives and KPI's.

Analytics - Using analysis and insight, deliver recommendations to provide further efficiencies and

ROI including monthly stakeholder reports.

Brand - a brand champion, ensuring all points are on brand and elevated.

Content & campaigns - work with the wider marketing team to create success multi-channel campaigns.

Collaboration - with the wider marketing team to ensure efficient ways of working, and ensuring close relationships with our agency partners.

Website optimisation and CRO - Define objectives and deliverables to improve visitor traffic, promote

engagement with existing customers, improve click through conversion and increase new customer

acquisition growth.

Skills & knowledge of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • A skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in increasing inbound lead generation.
  • Experience developing and delivering digital marketing activities and platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Clear knowledge of SEO/PPC/Digital Advertising.
  • Strong relationship builder at all levels including agency management.
  • Well organised, able to prioritise, project manage, and juggle!
  • Accountable for KPIs, objectives, and learnings.
  • Great communication with the ability to motivate and influence the team and wider stakeholders.
  • Experience of line management of a small team.

Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Digital marketing qualification desirable.
  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/PPC, HubSpot, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Agency / creative management.
