This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to let a variety of properties in the North-West London area and to work within a team with a fantastic reputation.
Responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Associate:
- Day-to-day management of tenants.
- Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties.
- You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases.
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.
As a Senior Lettings Associate, you will receive the following:
- £35,000 Basic Salary
- Commission + Car Allowance
- £80,000 OTE
Required Skills:
- Experience working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in closing deals.
- It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
