A dynamic, modern Quantity Surveying Consultancy in Central London is looking to add an energetic Operations Assistant to their growing team.

The Operations Assistant Role

The new Operations Assistant will join a thriving team at an incredibly exciting time for the company, having just undergone a significant period of growth.

You will play a vital role in in supporting all corporate functions, including administrative tasks, marketing, and employee relations, while assisting the branch and branch manager.

The incoming Operations Assistant will benefit from the company's enviable working culture which prioritises providing a supportive, friendly and social environment with regular social days. This is further evident in the firms impressively low company turnover.

Responsibilities include creating & managing invoices, organising team social events, managing annual leave, assisting with marketing, handling customer enquiries, managing expenses, supporting management & Quantity Surveying teams, and general administrative duties day-to-day.

The Operations Assistant

The successful Operations Assistant will thrive in a sociable company culture, be highly organised, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will also have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with CMS and CRM systems is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Previous experience working in a UK Construction Consultancy is ideal but not crucial

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm schedule
  • 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
