Key responsibilities of a

Lettings Lister Valuer

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister Valuer

  • Estate Agency experience preferably a Lister, Valuer or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent looking for progression
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
