Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (Subject to Experience), Plus Commission Scheme, Profit Share Bonus, Company Car, Phone, Laptop, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension.

Job Description:

We are looking for a National Sales Manager to come onboard a well-established, reputable Powered Access organisation, with a strong national reach.

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business sales, leading my example managing key relationships, as well as training and overseeing the sales team to achieve the best results.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Develop new sales leads and drive new business revenue on a national scale
  • Managing a team of sales representatives across the country, offering training, support and overseeing performance
  • Manage key relationships with existing accounts, pushing repeat business across your portfolio
  • Creating KPI's that will predict and monitor team performance
  • Creating sales forecasts and developing sales strategies

Requirements of Role:

  • Previous experience of selling across the Powered Access or Plant Hire industries
  • Must have a proven background in sales
  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must hold a Driving Licence
