An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and organised Marketing Administrator to provide essential administrative within the Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can effectively organise work and prioritise workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing them appropriately and recording details in the internal database.
  • Manage the sales administration process for both new and renewing clients.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team.
  • Liaise directly with clients and account managers to complete all administrative duties related to marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and cleanse data in Excel format and prepare associated marketing templates.
  • Execute mail merges, print and issue physical mail shots, and manage email campaigns.
  • On board clients, including system setup, and issue Welcome Packs, Policy Documents, and other scheme documentation.
  • Provide general marketing support to Business Development Managers.
  • Input financial premium receipt information as required.
  • Handle general customer calls, emails, and contact queries.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Previous administration and telephone experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to process Mail Merges using Word and Outlook.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan workloads.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
