About the Role
As the first Sales Account Executive, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company's footprint across the UK and Europe. This individual will be responsible for reaching out to a wide range of clients and partners, including recruitment firms that place contractors, companies using HRIS platforms, and digital talent marketplaces interested in embedded insurance. The company's cutting-edge AI insurance validation model offers a unique opportunity to automate insurance validation during candidate onboarding and provide tailored insurance instantly.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the founder to refine and execute a comprehensive sales and outreach strategy, including creating marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Outreach & Engagement: Use tools like Klenty, Hubspot, and LinkedIn to reach out to potential clients and partners, primarily targeting recruitment firms, HRIS platforms, and digital talent marketplaces.
- Promote AI Insurance Solutions: Present and promote the company's AI-driven insurance validation tool to recruitment firms, HRIS platform users, and businesses across the UK and EU.
- Client Demos and Meetings: Book meetings and deliver product demos, showcasing the value of the AI insurance solution.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional service and gathering valuable feedback to help refine the offering.
- On-Site Visits: Travel to meet clients in person, strengthening relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Sales-driven: The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, KPI-driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. Minimum 1 years experience
- Industry Knowledge: A solid network within recruitment firms, HRIS platforms, and digital talent marketplaces.
- Sales Expertise: Experience running product demos and closing deals in a SaaS sales environment OR extensive experience in brokerage or recruitment sales.
- Insurance Knowledge: A strong understanding of the contractor recruitment space, including IR35 regulations and business liability insurance requirements.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading sales teams or mentoring junior sales staff.
- Global Experience: Familiarity with international placements and the insurance requirements for placing candidates globally.
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including building contractor communities through job boards, online platforms, and content.
- Insurance Market Expertise: A strong understanding of the insurance industry and different types of insurance products.
