?? Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, Berkshire
??Salary: £55,000?? Full-time, Permanent
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives across a growing portfolio of businesses.
- Leading on complex employee relations matters with confidence and sensitivity.
- Providing executive coaching and leadership development support to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting integration and change management during acquisitions and organisational growth.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on all things people - from culture and engagement to performance and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong background in employee relations and executive coaching.
- A confident communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong relationships quickly.
- Someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of building and improving processes.
