Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

We are delighted to be assisting a long-standing client who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator

  • Entering contacts onto the system and entering orders
  • Updating customer information onto the system
  • Monitoring order fulfilment
  • Liaising with customers on the phone and via email
  • Actively preventing termination and expiration of contracts
  • Providing excellent customer service

What We Are Looking for in Customer Service Administrator

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar position.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
