We are delighted to be assisting a long-standing client who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator
- Entering contacts onto the system and entering orders
- Updating customer information onto the system
- Monitoring order fulfilment
- Liaising with customers on the phone and via email
- Actively preventing termination and expiration of contracts
- Providing excellent customer service
What We Are Looking for in Customer Service Administrator
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar position.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
