Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a client in Central Oxford for the recruitment of an Administrative Assistant to join their admin team.
Your role will be pivotal in providing a range of administrative services and being the frontline of their office's day-to-day functions.
Responsibilities in brief include:
- Support with travel arrangements, inputting of expenses, booking of meeting rooms and catering
- Organise meetings
- Update client database
- Respond to client enquiries
- Investigate problems and support with providing a satisfactory resolution
- Ensure all photocopying, printing, paginating, indexing and scanning is completed to a high standard
Previous experience within an administration role is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as a team. At times, you will need to be reactive to changing business needs, and so a flexible approach is key.
This is an office based role and the working hours are 0900-1700 Monday-Friday. The salary is up to £26,000 per annum subject to experience.
