Marketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our client based in Wokingham.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in driving marketing initiatives and helping our client to achieve their business objectives.

Salary is £30k plus 12% bonus and fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday, increasing to 28 after 5 years, £600 annual personal development budget, up to 6% pension contributions and more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to implement the marketing plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Take ownership of planning and executing company events, including trade shows and exhibitions, with a focus on delivering engaging experiences for attendees
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to support the seamless execution of marketing activities and initiatives
  • Support the wider team in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on customer engagement and feedback gathered from events, providing valuable insights to inform future marketing efforts
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and printed collateral, ensuring consistency with the brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns aimed at nurturing customer relationships and driving conversions

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and events management
  • Experience with email campaigns and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for marketing and events, with a creative mindset and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas
