You must have at least 18 months recent experience within a Team Secretary/PA or similar role. Professional or Financiel Services expeience is essential.

My client is globally established with stunning offices in the City. They are looking for a committed, personable and proactive Team Secretary to support a team of analysts and associates.
The Role:
- Complex diary management for the whole team, including booking meetings across various timezones and arranging conference calls
- Organising travel including accommodation, taxi's etc.
- Sourcing and booking resturaunts for client lunches
- Updating the CRM with all meeting information for clients
- Managing expenses for the team
- Supporting with a range of documentation such as agenda's, reports and presentations
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Essential requirements:
- 18 months experience within a Team Secretary/Assistant role
- Well presented, with a professional manner
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
