HR Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join an exceptional business, on a temporary 12 month FTC.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Day to day life as a HR Administrator –

  • Deliver HR administrative support to both clients and the business.
  • Involvement within recruitment and the onboarding process of new starters.
  • Tracking training and organising any refreshments that need to be conducted.
  • Communicating correspondence of letters regarding contracts, dismissals, meetings and pay.
  • Updating records and following GDPR processes.
  • Monitor absences, sickness and timekeeping of employees.
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox – answering any HR queries.
  • Attend HR meetings.

Requirements for the role of a HR Administrator –

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft and Office packages.
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive and confident approach to tasks.
  • Time management and organisation skills.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable and professional in difficult situations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.

  • Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
  • £26,000 Annual salary.
