We are currently experiencing a period of growth and due to consistently being above target, we are looking to add a Trainee or Experienced Consultant to the business. Whether you are interested in working with Primary, Secondary or SEN Schools, we would like to hear from you.
Job Specification - Education Recruitment Consultant
- Building a new desk while servicing some existing clients and focusing on business development to build weekly and permanent GP.
- Maintaining constant and consistent relationships with candidates and clients, through calls and face to face visits.
- Reporting directly to Branch Manager for your division and other management within the business.
- Shift patterns within the hours of 07:00 - 17:00.
- Basic salary of up to £30,000, dependent on experience.
- Based in Tower 42, a stone's throw from London Liverpool Street Station.
Person Specification - Education Recruitment Consultant
- A driven and enthusiastic individual, who isn't phased by rejection from potential clients.
- Experience in Education Recruitment if preferred but not essential.
- A willingness and ability to develop new relationships through business development i.e. calls, emails etc.
- A strong work ethic and able to work well within a team of high performing consultants.
